NORTHBOUND
Traveling north on I-5 take Exit 173.
Turn left from the exit onto 1st Ave NE.
Turn left on NE Northgate Way.
Proceed to Meridian Ave N and turn right.
Proceed to N. 115th Street and turn left.
Proceed to Northwest Hospital entrance and turn
right.

SOUTHBOUND
Traveling south on I-5 take Exit 173.
Take the Northgate Way Westbound ramp.
Turn right on NE Northgate Way.
Proceed to Meridian Ave N and turn right.
Proceed to N. 115th Street and turn left.

Once on campus, take a ticket at the gatehouse,
then stay in the right lane and keep going straight
as the drive curves toward the patient parking
garage. The Medical Arts Building (center of map
above) will be the second building on your left and
parking to the right and straight ahead. When you
enter the front door of the Medical Arts Building,
Suite 101 is located in the hallway to the left.
